Henderson Land's New Building “Intelligent FM”

Owned by Henderson Land Development, 18 King Wah Road (北角 京華道18號) is the key property project in 2017. To create an Intelligent FM system, E Tag is appointed to deliver a BACNet adapter retrieving the BMS BACnet devices real time data to the FM system for energy saving and preventive / predictive maintenance applications.

The combination of BMS and the IoT is an union of engineering and data. BMS are from the domain of engineering, while the IoT comes from the realm of information technology (IT) and is all about data and statistics.
